The tooltips are now a client-side config, off by default, so players keep the vanilla feel unless they turn it on. Relative mode shows hand-authored strength tiers like High, exact mode shows precise numbers. Generating flower tiers live in a registry that addons can extend, and the spreader reads its burst values from named constants instead of inline literals.
