迁移后的统一升级（下游更新）：

Baubles-Expanded 44bd380→2.2.26-GTNH-20261028.073612-05c60e5
Botania 1.13.36-GTNH-722cecf→1.13.39-GTNH-20261028.095433-ced42fb
Waila 1.19.30-5462a91→1.19.34-20261028.113545-b225c7b
Stratum 升到 1.0.0-20261028.131341-gd551223：只发布到 Stratum 自己的仓库（不再碰上游的发布仓库），上游子模块里的换行规范化不再算作未提交改动。

依赖版本都换成 Nexus maven-releases 里该模块的 <latest>（新的可排序版本）。
