Gitea 的 Maven 仓库不区分大小写，ThaumicAdditions 和 thaumicadditions 在那边是同一个包。Nexus 区分大小写，而整合包（pack/modules.json）要的是 thaumicadditions，所以迁移后整合包在 Nexus 上找不到它的新版本。这里把 stratum { artifactId } 改成小写。

build: publish as uk.potatolab:thaumicadditions, the name the pack resolves cfff95a728

Gitea's registry ignored case, so ThaumicAdditions and thaumicadditions were one package there; Nexus is
case-sensitive and the pack (modules.json) asks for thaumicadditions.
