Inaki Villar 8e84bbf095 Authenticate CI to Develocity with workload identity ...

The npm builds and the demo job summary used the long-lived DV_SOLUTIONS_ACCESS_KEY.
They now mint a GitHub OIDC token for solutions.develocity.cloud. The npm agent reads
DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY directly, so for it the token is exchanged for a short-lived
Develocity access token first.
